our recent stay in florence was truly unforgettable thanks to the charming and stylish suite we found near santo spirito square. everything exceeded our expectations, from the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen. the host, roberta, was incredibly helpful and gave us amazing recommendations for local restaurants. can't wait to come back and share this gem with our loved ones!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The suite was cleverly designed, making the most of the small space. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of a residential area with plenty of amenities nearby including a launderette, bars, and shops. We loved being so close to the beautiful Santo Spirito square. The elegant and comfortable suite had a well-equipped kitchenette and a cozy decoration with a little library. The host was very communicative and provided excellent service. Nothing could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute apartment in a great location. The living room was bright and airy, perfect for doing makeup. The host, Roberta, was lovely and the apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. We loved being close to the tourist spots but still based in a more local area. There was a lovely square nearby where we could eat and drink to our hearts' content. I highly recommend this place for an authentic Italian experience.

The bed was very comfortable and the Wi-fi was fast. I loved the unique antique decorations in the suite, and the helpful tips from Roberta during check-in made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood.

I particularly enjoyed the unique decor of the suite, which featured nice antique objects.

No windows, no wardrobe, and broken bathroom showers. the sheets on the bed were not clean and appeared to have been used.

I had an amazing stay in a cute little apartment just next to the beautiful Santo Spirito square. The location was perfect, in a great area with excellent food options and a flea market nearby. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The host was punctual and very sweet. It felt like a slice of boutique luxury!

The only downside was the musty smell in the apartment, which was a bit unbearable.

I always return to this amazing place in Florence. They were so helpful when I needed printing on my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Coming back for my holiday!
